   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>Исследовано снижение порога перколяции технического углерода в смесях несовместимых полимеров. Установлено, что оно обусловлено локализацией технического углерода на границе раздела фаз между полимерами. Показано, что локальная концентрация технического углерода на границе раздела фаз определяется динамическим равновесием между количеством частиц технического углерода, удерживаемых на границе силами адгезии к ней, и отрываемых от нее силами сдвига. Предложено математическое выражение условия локализации технического углерода на границе.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The decrease of the percolation threshold of carbon black in mixtures of incompatible polymers was investigated. It was determined that decrease depends on the localization of carbon black at the interface between the polymers. It is shown that the local concentration of carbon black at the interface is defined by the dynamic equilibrium between the number of particles of carbon black, held at the border forces of adhesion and broken away by shift forces. Mathematical equation that determines localization condition is proposed. </p>
