In the article of the theoretical and practical analysis of the module-rating system of teaching, control and evaluation of students, which allowed to identify both their strengths and its weaknesses. This system is based on providing all students equal opportunities, maximum objectification of the assessment, the adversarial system as the main factor stimulating learning activities of stu dents.
