Проанализированы требования работодателей к выпускникам вузов в США и России, определен перечень «soft skills», выявлены возможности их формирования во время обучения в вузе.

Requirements of employers to graduates of higher education institutions in the USA and Russia are analysed, «soft skills» list is defined, possibilities of their formation are revealed during training in higher education institution.
