    <p>В настоящем исследовании для улучшения совместимости полимерной матрицы и наполнителя в древесно-полимерных композитах (ДПК) рассматривалось применение полиэтилена низкого давления (ПЭНД) с привитым карданолом. Были получены образцы ДПК с сосновой древесной мукой с различным содержанием карданола в полимерной матрице. Для полученных образцов были измерены показатели твердости, прочности, модуля упругости, ударной вязкости, относительное удлинение при растяжении и водопоглощение. Анализ свойств полученных ДПК показал, что прививка карданола к ПЭНД приводит к значительному росту показателя текучести расплава древесно-полимерной смеси и резкому снижению водопо-глощения композита. Кроме того для ДПК наблюдается рост показателя относительного удлинения при разрыве при незначительном падении предела прочности. Введение 20 % масс. карданола в состав полимерной матрицы композита приводит к увеличению показателей ударной вязкости и ударной вязкости с надрезом более чем в 2 раза. В тоже время присутствие карданола в ДПК снижает показатели твердости и модуля упругости композитов.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>Present study examined the improvement of compatibility of the polymer matrix and filler in wood-plastic composites (WPC). Questions of application of cardanol grafted high-density polyethylene (HDPE) were considered. WPC samples were obtained with pine wood flour and different cardanol contents in the polymer matrix. Hardness, strength, elastic modulus, impact strength, elongation at break and water absorption of these samples were measured. Analysis of the properties of obtained WPC showed that the graft of cardanol to HDPE leads to significant increase in the melt flow index of wood-polymer mixture and a sharp reduction in water absorption of the composite. It also leads to increase in index of elongation at break with a slight fall of tensile strength. The presence of 20 wt%. cardanol in the polymer matrix of the composite leads to increase of the indicators of impact strength and notched impact strength is more than 2 times. At the same time, the presence cardanol in the WPC reduces the hardness and elastic modulus of the composites.</p>
