Abstract (English):
The oxidation of ACP and ACPF (the waste of a process for the joint production of styrene and propylene oxide) for the purpose of BA obtaining is investigated. There are founded optimal conditions of ACP air oxidation in the presense of manganese benzoate in the capacity of catalyst. It is established, that ethylbenzene, the co-component of ACPF, has inhibitory effect on the formation of BA. We carried out statistical analysis of experimental findings, using StatSoft Statistica (version 10.0) application package. We determined the restrictions of ACP concentration in the ACPF, guided to oxidative materials recovery. Flowchart of ACPF to BA conversion was suggested. Implementation of it can bring in about 3800 roubles profit from one tonne of utilizable ACPF.
