Abstract (English):
The main resource to increase the investment attractiveness of the industrial real estate market are not static and external social factors conducive to the development of the company, is the traditional, and innovations taking place in a particular industrial plant. Search core competencies improve management of investment attractiveness of the industrial real estate business is the determination of new production capacity, expanding the target market, the search for innovative production and management technologies, personnel development company which has unique skills, abilities and experience in the management of industrial real estate.
