Transition of the Russian economy on market economic conditions had a negative impact on the investment component of the Russian economy. Critical reduction in investment activity led to industrial infrastructure that Russia was not adapted and uncalled for modern needs of the country. Thus, one of the major problems of the Russian economy at the present stage is to stimulate investment activity.
