    <p>Показано нарушение активного транспорта ионов K 
                  + , Na 
                  + , Ca 
                  2+ и Mg 
                  2+ через цитоплазматическую мембрану клеток культуры HeLa после 15 мин их инкубации с дельта-эндотоксином Bacillus thuringiensis var. sotto 617. Изменению концентрации ионов предшествует активирование Mg 
                  2+ -зависимой K 
                  + , Na 
                  + - АТФазы (до 6 – 7 раз), начиная с 1 мин после добавления токсина. Такие эффекты характерны для действия разобщителей процессов окислительного фосфорилирования и дыхания. </p>

    <p>It is shown violation of ion active transport K 
                  +, Na 
                  +, Ca
                  2 + and Mg
                  2
                  + through the cytoplasmic membrane cell culture HeLa after 15 min of incubation with delta-endotoxin Bacillus thuringiensis var. sotto 617. Changes in ion concentration precedes activation Mg
                  2 + -dependent K 
                  +, Na 
                  +- ATPase (up to 6 - 7 times), from 1 min after the addition of toxin. Such effects are characteristic to the uncouplers of oxidative phosphorylation and respiration. </p>
