    <p>Впервые изучены свойства S - и О-анионов, генерируемых из 6-метил-2-тио-, 2-алкил(аралкил)тиоурацилов в воднодиоксановом растворе. Структуры S - и О-анионов и энергетика реакции изучена квантовохимическими методами. Реакционная способность S - и О-анионов в нуклеофильном замещении в галогеносодержащих соединениях ( R = Hal : Hal = Cl , Br , I ; R = Et , Pr , Al , Br , p -адамантил и др.) были изучены кинетическим методами. На основе найденных закономерностей разработан синтез S -моно- и S -,О-дипроизводных с выходами до 99.8 %. </p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>It was studied properties of S-, O-aniones generated from 6-methyl-2-thiouracil in water-dioxane solutions. Structures of S- and O-aniones and energy of reaction were investigated by quantum-chemical calculations. Reactivity of S- and O-aniones in nucleofilic substituation of halogen in halogen substituted compaundes (R=Hal: Hal = Cl, Br, I; R = Et, Pr, All, Bn, p-adamantil Bn, m-phenoxy Bn, o-,p-Br Bn) was tested by kinetic methode. We worked out synthesis of S-mono- and S,O-disubstituted 6-methyl-2-thiouraciles ( max yield is 99.8 %).</p>
