В статье дается сравнительный анализ инновационной среды Франции, Германии и России. Рассматривается как регулируются и стимулируются инновационные процессы в этих странах на основе данного сравнительного анализа автор делает заключение, что развитая социально – экономическая среда является основой инновационного развития.
In this article is presenting comparative analysis of innovative environment of France, Germany and Russia. Here are considering regulation and stimulation of innovative processes in these countrys. On the basis of the comparative analysis data the author makes conclusion that developed social – economic environment is the basis of innovative development.
