   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>Методом зондовой флуоресцентной спектроскопии изучена ассоциация хитозана в водно-бутанольных средах. Показано, что при концентрации выше критической, хитозан формирует в растворе гидрофобные области, в которых солюбилизируется пирен. Введение в водный раствор хитозана добавок бутанола способствует снижению критической концентрации ассоциации и усилению склонности полимера к ассоциации.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>Due to the probe fluorescence spectroscopy method there was studied the chitosan assotiation in aqueous-butanol media. There was defined, that due to highest critical concentration, chitosal can form hydrophobic areas, where pyrene is solubilizing. The introduction of butanol into chitosan aqueous solution, promotes the reduction of critical assotiation concentration and strengthening of polimer’s disposition to assotiation. </p>
