Abstract (English):
Тhe analysis of modern models describing the thermophysical properties of the filled polymers. Tested convergence of calculation data on various mathematical models, with experimental data for the composition of polymer varnish – aluminium nitride. It is shown that the best convergence with the experimental data provide a model Meredith and Nielsen.
