Optimal process design problems are concerned with various complexities: taking into account of source data uncertainty and calculation of multidimentional integrals, which underlie the criterion and constraints functions, are necessary. In previous studies we considered approaches and algorithm for solving two-stage optimal design problems with chance constraints. In this paper reactor unit subsystem of n-pentane isomerization process optimal design problem will be solved by these approaches.
