This article discusses the mechanism of innovation policy including the concentration of funds for the implementation of innovative products, the creation of research and production centers with the involvement of private capital, the formation of the financial and credit infrastructure with the aim of a comprehensive support innovation, collaboration with leading higher educational insti-cies, the creation of technology parks.
