   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>Предлагается новая интерпретация кривых выхода извлекаемых соединений при сверхкритической флюидной экстракции из молотого растительного сырья. Основная идея состоит в том, что существенная массовая доля экстрагируемого сырья приходится на мелкодисперсную фракцию (“пыль”) с диаметром частиц 30-70 мкм. Считается, что именно эта фракция обеспечивает высокие темпы выработки масла на начальном этапе экстракции. На основе модели сужающегося ядра проведена апробация гипотезы и получены оценки массовой доли пыли для широкого класса известных экспериментальных данных. </p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>A new interpretation of overall extraction curves, obtained at supercritical fluid extraction of oil from ground plant material, is presented. The main idea is that a significant fraction of plant material consists of very small particles (“dust”). Their diameter is 30-70 microns. It is assumed that this fraction of dust provides high extraction rates throughout initial step of extraction. This hypothesis was validated on a wide variety of plants using shrinking core model. Estimation of mass fraction of dust is introduced. </p>
