   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>Были созданы новые проводящие монолитные материалы на основе смесей фенолформальдегидных и эпоксидных смол в присутствии некоторых органических соединений кремния и стекловолокна, отожженных в вакууме и среде водорода. Были исследованы проводящие, магнитные и некоторые другие свойства этих материалов. Экспериментально установлено, что полученные продукты характеризуются полупроводниковыми свойствами, уровень проводимости которых регулируется путем подбора технологических условий. Плотность и подвижность носителей заряда увеличивается при увеличении температуры отжига до определенных уровней. Температурная зависимость электропроводности и подвижности зарядов описывается формулой Мотта. Установлено, что при отжиге образуются свободные радикалы и другие парамагнитные центры. Предполагается, что перенос заряда между проводящими кластерами обеспечивается по прыжковому механизму с переменной длиной прыжка.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>On the basis of mixes of phenolformaldehide and epoxy resins at presence of some silicon organic compounds and fiber glasses annealed in vacuum and hydrogen media the new conductive monolithic materials have been created. There were investigated the conductive, magnetic and some other properties of these materials. It is established experimentally that the obtained products are characterized by semiconducting properties, the level of conductivity of which are regulated by selection of technological conditions. The density and mobility of charge carriers increase at increasing of annealing temperature up to definite levels. The temperature dependence of the electrical conductivity and charge mobility describe by Mott formulas. It is established that at annealing free radicals and other paramagnetic centers are formed. It is proposed that charge transport between conducting clusters provides by mechanism of charge jumping with alternating distance of the jump.</p>
