Abstract (English):
In article questions of effective management of marketing activity at machine-building enterprise JSC Bugulma Electric Pump Plant are considered. By means of an integrated assessment results of activity of marketing service are received, "bottlenecks" are revealed. One of ways of elimination of shortcomings of management of marketing of JSC BENZ of Department is outsourcing as a new form of business.
