Calculations were carried out the amplitude-frequency and phase-frequency characteristics of the transmission of the optical signal in the two-mode propagation of magnetic waves H 2 and H 3 to stepwise, parabolic, and biquadratic permittivity profile of the inhomogeneous waveguide environment.
