This article considers the inventions relative to the area of the electric energy accumulating devices and its subsequent use, and its transformation in an autonomous mode for the functioning of various constructions and devices; in particular, the invention is directed on use of the engines of the vehicles which are operating in northern areas with a low winter temperature.
