   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>С использованием CFD-программного комплекса ANSYS FLUENT проведено моделирование макрокинетики процесса радикальной полимеризации стирола (механизм обратимой передачи цепи), протекающего в реакторе смешения. Сравнением экспериментально полученных и рассчитанных в программном комплексе ANSYS FLUENT значений молекулярно-массовых характеристик полистирола показана адекватность разработанной макрокинетической модели. </p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>Simulation of radical polymerization process (reversible mechanism of chain transfer) has been carried out by making use of ANSYS FLUENT software package. The process was running in the volumetric mixing reactor. The adequacy of the developed macrokinetics model was shown by the comparison of experimentally obtained and calculated in the software package ANSYS FLUENT values of polystyrene molecular-weight characteristics.</p>
