    <p>Эмболизационный материал (ЭМ) на основе ПГЭМА был успешно использован для лечения некоторых опухолей (ишемии опухолей печени, почек, миоматозных узлов, и т.д.). Этиленгликольдиметакрилат (ЭГДМА) используется в качестве сшивающего агента. Возможность использования различных по качественному и количественному составу сшивающих агентов позволяет изменять физические и химические свойства получаемых синтезированных гидрогелей. Материал разработан в процессе синтеза ПГЭМА с использованием три-этиленгликольдиметакрилата (три-ЭГДМА) и тетра-этиленгликольдиметакрилата (тетра-ЭГДМА) в качестве сшивающих агентов. Целью настоящего исследования являлось изучение возможности использования три-ЭГДМА и тетра-ЭГДМА в качестве сшивающих агентов, а также исследование морфологической структуры полимеров, их биосовместимости и кровоостанавливающего действия.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The embolization material (EM) based on poly-HEMA has been successfully used for the treatment of certain tumor (ischemia of liver tumors, kidney, myomatous nodes, etc). Ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) has been using as the cross-linking agent. A possibility of using cross-linking agents different in qualitative and quantitative structure of allows modifying physical and chemical properties of the resulting synthesized hydrogels. It was developed of syntheses of poly-HEMA with use tri-ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate (tri-EGDMA) and tetra-ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate (tetra-EGDMA) as cross-lynking agents. The present study has been aimed at investigating the possibility of using tri-EGDMA and tetra-EGDMA as cross-linking agents as well as the research of the morphological structure of the polymers, their biocompatibility and hemostatic effect.</p>
