Установлено влияние протеина, глюкана и маннана на эффективность адсорбции Т-2 микотоксина клеточной стенкой дрожжей. Показано, что ферментативный гидролиз протеина дрожжей Saccharomyces cerevisiae и маннана клеточной стенки дрожжей увеличивает эффективную адсорбцию Т-2 микотоксина. Ферментативный гидролиз глюканов клеточной стенки дрожжей снижает эффективную адсорбцию Т-2 микотоксина.

The effect of protein, glucan and mannan on the efficiency of adsorption of T-2 mycotoxin cell wall of yeast. It is shown that enzymatic hydrolysis of the protein and the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae cell wall mannan of yeast increases the effective adsorption of T-2 mycotoxin. Enzymatic hydrolysis of yeast cell wall glucan reduces the effective adsorption of T-2 mycotoxin.
