   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>Рассмотрены современные способы модификации изделий, используемых в машиностроении и приборостроении. По функциональному назначению такие покрытия связаны практически со всеми разделами физики: механикой, электричеством, магнетизмом, оптикой, а в качестве материалов для них используется большинство элементов периодической системы. В данной работе представлены основные методы получения тонких пленок, их схемы работы, а так же достоинства и недостатки этих методов.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>Modern methods of product modification are considered, which are utilized in machine and instrument building. According to the functional purposes these coatings are connected practically with all sections of physics: mechanics, electricity, magnetism, optics, and as materials many elements of the periodic system are utilized for them. In this work main (general) methods of receiving thin films, their work scheme, as well as advantages and disadvantages of these methods.</p>
