   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>В статье рассматривается перспективный метод химико-термической обработки материалов воздействием высокочастотной плазмы пониженного давления с целью повышения качества, надежности и долговечности изделий. Рассмотрен механизм воздействия на обрабатывающие изделия установки грануляции полиэтилена, определены оптимальны параметры газового разряда. Предложена математическая модель взаимодействия потока ионизированного газа с поверхностью изделия</p>

    <p>In the articles prospective method of chemo-thermal material processing is considered by the application of high-frequency low pressure plasma with the goal of improving quality, reliability and durability of products. Impact mechanism on processed details is considered for polyethylene granulation unit, optimal parameters of gas discharge were determined. Mathematical model of interaction of ionized gas stream with detail surface was suggested.</p>
