В статье дана история подготовительных работ газопровода «Южный поток», показан хронологический ход событий и переговоров с заинтересованными странами-партнерами проекта. Представлены описания некоторых технических сложностей и пути их решения. Даны мнения экспертов относительно создания газопровода «Южный поток» и его конкурента газопровода «Набукко».
The paper presents the history of the preparatory work of the construction of gas pipeline «South Stream», shows the chronological sequence of events and negotiations with the countries - project partners. Descriptions of some of the technical challenges and solutions are presented. The views of experts on the construction of the gas pipeline «South Stream» and its rival «Nabucco» pipeline are given.
