    <p>Работа посвящена подготовке шлама предприятия органического синтеза ОАО «Казаньоргсинтез» к биологическому обезвреживанию и оптимизации параметров его переработки. В условиях полевого эксперимента апробирована подготовка шлама к биологическому обезвреживанию за счёт естественного замораживания и оттаивания и агротехнической обработки. Достигнуто преобразование структуры шлама и снижение его фитотоксичности до значений, позволяющих провести фиторемедиацию отхода без его разбавления. Подобраны формы и дозировки удобрений, оптимальные с точки зрения респираторной активности шлама. Осуществлён скрининг устойчивых растений — фитомелиорантов, подобраны оптимальные дозировки наполнителей для оптимизации процесса. Полученные данные свидетельствуют о возможности подготовки содержащего углеводороды шлама к биологическому обезвреживанию за счёт естественного замораживания и оттаивания и агротехнической обработки.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>This work describes the preparation of the sludge from JSC «Kazanorgsintez» for bioremediation and optimization of sludge treatment parameters. Field experiment was conducted to prepare the sludge for bioremediation by means of natural freezing-thawing and agrotechnical methods. Achieved changes in sludge’s structure and subsequent reduction of its phytotoxicity allow us to carry out phytoremediation free of mixing the sludge with bulking agents. Forms and doses of fertilizers were optimized with respect to the best respiratory activity of microorganisms. Tolerant forms of plants performing phytoremediation were screened. Our data suggest that sludge containing hydrocarbons might be remediated more effectively after natural freezing-thawing and agrotechnical treatment.</p>
