   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>Исследовано влияние молекул спиртов и карбоновых кислот на структуру переходного состояния и энергию активации неферментативного гидролиза пептидной связи методом теории функционала плотности. Показано, что гидроксилсодержащие соединения понижают энергетический барьер реакции с понижением рК. </p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>It was studied the influence of alcohols and carboxylic acids on the transition state structure and the activation energy of non-enzymatic peptide bond hydrolysis by density functional density. It was revealed that hydroxyl-containing compounds decrease the energy barrier of the reaction along with pK decreasing. </p>
