   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>Изучение влияния природы противоиона на фазовое поведение ДНК является продолжением работы по выявлению закономерностей самоорганизации биополимеров. В данной статье раскрывается фазовая диаграмма трехкомпонентной системы полиамин-ДНК/лецитин/вода. Показано, что нейтральный стехиометрический комплекс полиамин-ДНК не встраивается в структуру липидной мембраны. Этот результат помог по-новому взглянуть на роль амфифильных противоионов в самоассоциации ДНК и липида.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>An influence of the counter-ion nature on the phase behavior of DNA is an extension of research studying the biopolymers self-organization. In this article the phase diagram of the polyamine-DNA/lecithin/water ternary system is revealed. It is shown that the neutral stoichiometric polyamine-DNA complex doesn't penetrate into the lipid membrane. This result helped to look deeper on the role of amphiphilic counter-ions in the DNA-lipid self-association. </p>
