    <p>Проведен обзор сельскохозяйственных культур, содержащих инулинподобные фруктаны. Представлены данные по содержанию фруктанов в цикории, топинамбуре и артишоке, а также в злаковых культурах, содержащих леванподобные фруктаны. Рассмотрено содержание фруктанов в сельскохозяйственных культурах луковых, агавовых, спаржевых и амариллисовых.</p>

    <p>A review of agricultural crops containing inulin-type fructans. There are presented data on the content of fructans in chicory, Jerusalem artichoke and artichoke, and also in cereals which containing levan-type fructans. Consider the content of fructans in onion, agava, asparagus and amaryllidaceae family. </p>
