    <p>Рассматривается метод модификации гомогенных катализаторов, комплексов никеля, добавками экстра лигандов – модификаторов, L
                  2, впервые предложенный в работах Л.И. Матиенко, для увеличения эффективности действия катализаторов в процессах селективного окисления алкиларенов в гидропероксиды. Моделирование каталитически активных комплексов никеля в качестве селективных катализаторов окисления этилбензола в α-фенил этил гидроперокид при введении в бинарную систему {Ni
                  II(acac)
                  2+L
                  2} третьего компонента фенола (PhOH), успешно реализовано Л.И. Матиенко и Л.А. Мосоловой. Исследуется механизм действия тройных комплексов Ni
                  II(acac)
                  2∙MSt∙PhOH (MSt=NaSt, LiSt) в процессе селективного окисления этилбензола. Оценивается роль микро стадий зарождения цепей (активация O
                  2) и продолжения цепей при участии катализатора (Кт + RO
                  2
                  •→) в механизме окисления этилбензола в α-фенил этил гидроперокид. </p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The original method of modification of homogeneous catalysts, nickel complexes, with additions of extra ligands-modifiers, L2, proposed by L.I. Matienko, to increase the effectivity of the catalysts in selective oxidation of alkylarens to hydro peroxides is discussed. Modeling of catalytically active nickel complexes as catalysts for selective oxidation of ethy lbenzene in α-phenyl ethyl hydro peroxide with the binary system {NiII(acac)2+L2} by introduction of the third component of phenol (PhOH), successfully implemented by L.I. Matienko and L.A. Mosolova. The mechanism of action of the triple hetero bimetallic complexes NiII(acac)2∙MSt∙PhOH (MSt=NaSt, LiSt), formed in the selective oxidation of ethyl benzene, is researched. The role of micro steps of chain initiation (O2 activation) and propagation at the assistance of the catalyst (Ct + RO2• →) in the selective ethyl benzene oxidation is assessed. </p>
