   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>В данной статье описывается новый тип ионных наногелей с регулируемым пространственным распределением полимерных цепочек и обсуждаются возможности применения данных наногелей как носителей при доставке противораковых лекарств.Ионные наногели показали свою перспективность и универсальность в качестве макромолекулярной платформы для направленной доставки носителей заряженных противораковых лекарств или исследуемых молекул.Исследования на токсичность наногелей, загруженных лекарственным препаратом, выявили лучшие результаты исследования безопасности препарата, чем препараты на основе чистого лекарства.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>Description of a novel type of ionic nanogels with controlled spatial distribution of polymer chains, and discuss the potential application of these nanogels as carriers for delivery of anticancer drugs.Ionic nanogels appear to be promising and versatile macromolecular platform for carrier-based delivery of charged anticancer therapeutics or diagnostic molecules.Toxicity studies with drug-loaded nanogels indicate a better safety profile compared to free drug treatments. </p>
