    <p>Приготовление и характеристика стеарата кальция (CaSt
                  2) и смазки с использованием стеарата кальция были целью данного исследования. Порошок стеарата кальция получают из стеарата натрия и хлорида кальция осаждением из водных растворов. CaSt
                  2 и легкое нейтральное базовое масло смешивают вместе, чтобы получить смазочное масло. Было обнаружено, что CaSt
                  2 имеет температуру плавления 142.8
                  oC и в базовом масле он имеет более низкую температуру плавления, выше 128
                  oC. Он был диспергирован, как показали оптические микрофотографии. По скорости осаждения был определен размер диспергированных частиц равный 1,88 мкм и 0,11 мкм для смазочных материалов, содержащих 1 % и 2% CaSt
                  2 соответственно. Коэффициент трения и диаметр пятна изнашивания базового масла, равные 0,099 и 1402 нм соответственно были снижены до 0,0730 и 627,61 нм для смазки, содержащей 1 % CaSt
                  2. Меньший диаметр пятна изнашивания (540 нм) был получен для смазки с 2% CaSt
                  2. CaSt
                  2 улучшает смазочные свойства базового масла, но не улучшает термоокислительную стабильность.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The preparation and characterization of calcium stearate (CaSt
                  2) and a lubricant by using calcium stearate were aimed at in this study. Calcium stearate powder was prepared from sodium stearate and calcium chloride by precipitation from aqueous solutions. CaSt
                  2 and the Light Neutral Base oil were mixed together to obtain lubricating oil. It was found that CaSt
                  2 had a melting temperature of 142.8
                  oC and in base oil it had a lower melting point, above 128
                  oC. It was dispersed as lamellar micelles as the optical micrographs had shown. From rate of settling the size of dispersed particles were found to be 1.88 µm and 0.11 µm for lubricants having 1% and 2 % CaSt
                  2 respectively. The friction coefficient and wear scar diameter of base oil 0.099 and 1402 nm were reduced to 0.0730 and 627.61 nm respectively for the lubricant having 1 % CaSt
                  2. Lower wear scar diameter (540 nm) was obtained for lubricant with 2% CaSt
                  2. CaSt
                  2 improved the lubricating property of the base oil but did not improve its oxidative and thermal stability.</p>
