Проводится сравнительный анализ основных методов оценки программных проектов. Выделяются сильные и слабые стороны существующих методик оценивания. На основе проведенного анализа формализуются требования к модели оценивания. Предлагается алгоритм построения математической модели оценивания.

Realize comparative analysis of the main methods of evaluation of software projects. Highlighted strengths and weaknesses of existing assessment methods. On the basis of the analysis we formalize requirements for the assessment model. Propose an algorithm for constructing a mathematical model of assessment.
