    <p>Рассмотрен механизм формирования композиционных полимерных покрытий на металле, включающий ионизацию полиэлектролита в растворе, адсорбцию поликатионов на дисперсных частицах, электрохимические реакции в приэлектродном слое, межмолекулярные взаимодействия в приэлектродном слое, удаление растворителя и отверждение покрытия.</p>

    <p>The mechanism of the composite polymer coatings formation on surface of metals is considered. This mechanism includs ionization of the polyelectrolyte in solution, adsorption of polycations on the dispersed polytrichlorfluorethylene (FP-3) particles, the electrochemical reactions in the area near the electrode, intermolecular interactions in the layer alongside of electrode, removing the solvent, and curing the coating. </p>
