    <p>Исследовано влияние белка крови фибриногена на адгезивные свойства биоматериалов современных протезов сосудов, таких как расширенный политетрафторэтилен и полиэтилентерефталат. Адгезионные эффекты были изучены методами атомно-силовой спектроскопии, клеточной силовой спектроскопии и анализа адгезии клеток. Было показано, что интергинзависимая адгезия лейкоцитов к поверхности политетрафторэтилена резко падает при адсорбции мономолекулярного слоя фибриногена на поверхности биоматериалов. При адсорбции фибриногена, даже при малых его концентрациях, адгезия иглы кантилевера и интегринзависимая адгезия клеток к политетрафторэтилену и полиэтилентерефталату падает в среднем на 80% относительно адгезии к чистым биоматериалам. </p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The influence of the blood protein fibrinogen on the adhesive properties of contemporary vascular graft materials, such as expanded polytetrafluoroethylene and polyethylene terephthalate has been studied. Adhesion effects were studied by atomic force spectroscopy, single cell force spectroscopy, and cell adhesion assays. It was shown that even if only a single monomolecular layer of fibrinogen is adsorbed on the surface of polytetrafluoroethylene, integrin mediated adhesion both of platelets and leukocytes hasbeen strongly reduced. The adhesion forces between cells and both polytetrafluoroethylene and polyethylene terephthalate are reduced on an average of 80% after adsorption of fibrinogen, even at low concentrations. </p>
