Предлагается методика исследования равновесия пар-жидкость на основе процесса открытого испарения жидкой смеси в изобарных условиях. Показано, что по экспериментальным данным о количестве получаемого дистиллята и его составе можно с хорошей точностью оценить равновесные концентрации компонентов в фазах.
A method of study vapor-liquid equilibrium on the basis of an open process of evaporation of the liquid mixture in isobaric conditions. It is shown that the experimental data on the number of the resulting distillate and its composition can be a good approximation to estimate the equilibrium concentrations of the components in the phases.
