Экспериментально показано, что обработка коммерческой крахмалсодержащей упаковочной пленки амилолитическими ферментными препаратами способствует высвобождению из состава пленки крахмала. Установлено, что ферментативный гидролиз крахмала пленки Mater-Bi амилазами существенно уменьшает прочность материала пленки.
It is experimentally shown that the treatment of commercial starch packaging film by amylolytic enzyme preparations promotes the release of starch from the film composition. It is established that the enzymatic hydrolysis of starch of Mater-Bi film by amylolytic enzymes significantly reduces the strength of the film.
