    <p>Определено содержание сахарозы, фруктозы и глюкозы в образцах цикория сорта «Александр», обработанных при различных температурных режимах. Рассчитано содержание фруктанов и средняя степень полимеризации фруктанов в цикории.</p>
   </abstract>
   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The content of sucrose, fructose and glucose in sampleof chicory &quot;Alexander&quot; treated at different temperatures were determined. Content of fructans and the average degree of polymerization of fructans in chicory were calculated. </p>
