   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>Проведено исследование количественного и качественного состава экстрактивных веществ шрота корня солодки. Анализ показал, что из шрота можно дополнительно извлечь 22,9% экстрактивных веществ. В их составе показано наличие глицирризиновой кислоты 2,76%, углеводов 62,49%, белков 0,67% и аминокислот 3,49%. </p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The research of quantitative and qualitative determination of the extractive compounds from root of Glycyrrhiza meal was carried out. It was established that, additionally 22.9% of the extractive compounds from this meal can be extracted. The presence of the glycyrrhizic acid 2.76 %, carbohydrates 62.49%, proteins 0.67% and amino acids 3.49% was shown. </p>
