For the PbS films, prepared using the spray pyrolysis method of thiourea complexes compounds, results of research of structure, optical and electrophysical properties are presented. The optical absorption spectrum near the absorption fundamental edge of PbS films have been investigated. The band-gap energy and electric conductivity of the films, prepared using different conditions of synthesis have been investigated.
