Identification of company’s core competencies is considered. Concept of core competencies was defined. Methodology for identification company’s core competencies is suggested. The results of testing of proposed methodology on municipal autonomous educational institution of additional education for children are shown. Strategic partnership as opportunity for developing and protecting of core competencies was considered.
