The Re 2S 7 nanoparticles were synthesized by exchange reaction of perrhenate and hyposulfite. The hydrodynamic volume-average diameter of nanoparticles is 50 nm, number-average diameter is 35 nm, and diameter of micelle core is about 20 nm. For the determination of kinetic parameters the method of fast reaction stopping is proposed, fresh precipitated sulfur dissolving. The spectrophotometric method for rhenium quantity determination irrespective of its chemical form is proposed. The new nitrosyl-sulphide complex with extinction coefficient of 0,82·10 4 L·mol –1sm –1 is obtained.
