We consider the possibility of thermal analysis tube furnace with fan-shaped near-wall flame gas burners within the differential thermal analysis method inserts. Processes going on in the radiation chamber, are modelled by the two-dimensional equations of energy, transfer of radiation, movement, k - e of model of turbulence and the simple model of natural gas burning. Radiated heat transfer is considered within S 2 approach for the method of discrete ordinates. The results of numerical studies of influence of the burner and the direction of flooring torches on the aerodynamics of flue gases, distribution of surface density of the radiant heat flux to the tubular screen and on the temperature in the chamber radiation processing tube furnace.
