Development of a new one-stage method of metal-containing lubricants (MCL) synthesis as a part of which there is glycerin monoethers on the basis of oleic, stearic and the higher α,α' - branched isomeric monocarboxylic acids and carboxylates of bivalent metals is described. Results of researches directed on detection of a sinergizm of constituents of components of MCL and a choice of their optimum contents are given. It is defined that the maximal synergetic effect is reached in case of the molar ratio of zinc carboxylate and calcium or magnesium carboxylate 1:1. As it is shown that calcium and magnesium chlorides don't influence PVC while zinc chloride is Lewis's strong acid and in case of education noticeably accelerates dehydrochlorination of PVC. It is set that stabilizing efficiency of metal-containing lubricants is caused by existence in composition of carboxylates of bivalent metals and antioxidants. Thus the greatest efficiency is shown by monoethers of glycerin containing compounds of Zn+Mg and Zn+Ca salts in the ratio by 1:1, and also diphenylpropan or sulfur.
