The algorithm of the basic technological parameters calculation and optimization for process of dairy waste water treatment is presented. It was designed on the basis of previously obtained experimental data and results of the correlation analysis of the interrelations of specific organic load rate of the organic substrate consumption rate and treatment efficiency. The calculations, carried out on the basis of described algorithm, showed that consideration of loading rate on the process of the destruction of organic matter in the sequenced treatment stages may cause 2-5 multiple reduction oftheir clearing timecoupled with total bioreactors working volume decreasing.
