In article operational leasing as one of innovative, operating mechanisms of development of logistic parks for realization of national products of branch of the food industry of the Republic of Tatarstan is considered. Entrance strategy on the market of medium-term rent, by creation of the integrated system of interaction between the client and the lessor, on means of operative leasing is developed. Obvious advantages of rent are revealed and the main conditions of the base program of rent of equipment are allocated. It is settled an invoice a point of break-even and the analysis proceeding from which at an interest rate of 10 % per annum, the point of break-even is at level of 81 units of equipment is provided.
