The optimal conditions of all stages of the dicyclopentadiene’ (DCPD) release, including the stage of cyclopentadiene’ dimerization , which is contained in the feed stream, the stage of DCPD’ concentrating using two-stage distillation, the rectification stage, the re monomerization stage and the dimerization stage , were revealed . It was shown that the derived DCPD is suitable for the process of metathesis polymerization.
