The analysis of the human thermal injuries scenarios under dynamic heating was conducted. The algorithm for calculating of the injury index was suggested using skin simulator. The method for varying severity thermal burns predicting was developed by probit analysis. The practical example for predicting the effects of exposure was shown as one of the most dangerous accident scenarios of fire-flash.
