On the basis of the serial output and analysis of integral equations of diffusion boundary layer for the gas phase system of gas (steam) - liquid justifies-the structure of the equation returns the masses, which is based on the allocation of a process to a specific standard conditions (equimolar process) and differs from known phenomenological equations of the presence of additional members, taking into account the effect on the mass transfer of the resulting mass flow through the surface of the phase. Justice of the equation is confirmed by the analysis of the known experiment-experimental data.
