Article describes the model of distribution of low-energetic ions on a material surface during modification of woollen fibres in the radio-frequency gas discharge. The trajectory of low-energetic ions to a relief surface of a woollen fibre is calculated. It is established, that the ionic stream is focused in a vicinity of ledges of cuticle, that leads to increase of density of an ionic stream on a ledge up to 100-150 %.
